The famous Selous game reserve is one of the biggest conservation areas in Tanzania,
containing a huge variety of the most beautiful animals Africa has to offer, including “the big five”.
Selous is also famous for its spectacular bird life – over 300 species - which has
heartily satisfied even the most particular bird watchers.

  

The camp itself, on a high bank of the Rufiji River, carefully combines luxury, simplicity and nature
to offer a unique experience. The accommodation ranges from tents and bandas on the ground
to tree-top tented rooms with views of the surrounding area.



Hidden Paradise aims to give people an experience they will remember and enjoy forever,
leaving with the thought in their mind: “When can we get back here?”. The service and facilities
are only the smallest part of the experience. It is the natural surroundings that have been integrated
so carefully as to make a visitor’s time there so special, giving the sense of Africa that only a small camp
can offer. However the camp' standards of luxury make roughing it very easy indeed.
